Best players of Liga SudAmericana round 10

Pablo Gramajo (193-SG-1996) had a very impressive game in the last round for league's leader Regatas Corrientes and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 10.
The 29-year old shooting guard had the game-high 14 points adding five rebounds and six assists for Regatas in his team's victory, helping them to edge out Pinheiros (#4, 0-2), the league's bottom-ranked team in overtime 77-75. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. It allowed Regatas to jump to the first place in the Liga SudAmericana. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. But it's just the very beginning of the season and Regatas won both games without losing any. It's too early to say anything as the standings can be changed completely after next round. It's Gramajo's second year at Regatas and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Gramajo has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in assists (3rd best: 6.0apg) and averages solid 3.0spg and 100.0% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young center Agapy Samoel (205-C-2003) of Esporte Clube Pinheiros Sao Paolo. Samoel impressed basketball fans with 15 points and 8 rebounds. Bad luck as Pinheiros was edged in overtime by league's leader Regatas (#1, 2-0) 77-75. It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. Pinheiros still maintains its place in the top 4 of the standings, even despite this loss. 2 lost games are too many considering they did not win any game. Samoel is a newcomer at Pinheiros and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders.

The third best performed player last round was Ignacio Carrion (201-F-1993) of second-ranked Colegio Los Leones de Quilpue. Carrion scored 13 points. He was a key player of Los Leones, leading his team to a 84-52 easy win against #3 ranked San Jose. Los Leones needs these victories very badly if they think about taking over top position in the standings. Their record at this point is 1 victory and 1 lost game. The season just started for Carrion as he played only first game. But it already looks like he can be team's leader.
