The Second Stage in Liga Sudamericana just started. Host teams show no mercy winning all games. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

Argentinian Ferro defeated Ecuadorian J.Guzman in Buenos Aires 84-69. The game without a history. Ferro led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They also forced 19 J.Guzman turnovers. Ferro looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Point guard Rodrigo Gallegos (186-1991) fired 11 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. chipped in 8 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Ferro's coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American swingman Dennis McKinney (194-1998, college: Mt.Mercy) produced 22 points for lost side. J.Guzman will play next round against strong Olimpia K. trying to get back on the winning streak. Ferro will try to continue on its current victory against Univ.Sucre on the road.

Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Danjel Purifoy (201-1995, college: Auburn, agency: Helping Ballers) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 6 rebounds. Vincenzo Ochipinti contributed with 16 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Olimpia K.'s coach felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Serbian power forward Milos Petkovic (204-1991) answered with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 16 rebounds for Univ.Sucre. Olimpia K. will play against J.Guzman in Loja in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
