Aguias de Tabasco earned the LNBPF title. They held off Pumas Club de UNAM in the Final. Porchia Green (180-G-87, college: Ball St.) and Brisa Silva (170-G-84, college: Oklahoma St.) paced the winners.
Aguilas got to a confident start. They recorded a 30:15 lead ten minutes into the game. Aguilas maintained the lead throughout the second quarter. They secured a 45:33 halftime advantage. The gap quickly grew at 18-point mark in the third term and Aguilas cruised to the victory. Brisa Silva was named the MVP after the game. Luis Galan was trumped the Coach of the Year. Porchia Green, Brisa Silva, Giovanna Tapia, Fernanda Gutierrez (188-C/F-84) and Justina Udenza were named into Best Five of the championship.
