  CIBACOPA's ALLSTAR GAME a success
Guasave SInaloa Mexico. Before a sold out crowd at Guasave's "Convento"  the Sinaloa team defeated the Sonora team 116-113.  Sinaloa was led by F Ron Selleaze (197-F-76, agency: Ronsport Promotion, college: Cal.St.-Bakersfield) (Mazatlan) by scoring 37 points and Sam Bowie's (Guasave) 26.  Sonora was led by G Miguel Acuna (Cananea) with 23 points and Kevin Wylie (Obregon) with 22.  Selleaze was named the MVP.  During the half time festivities, the league celebrated its traditional three point shooting contest and the slam dunk contest.  Sam Bowie from Guasave won both contests, making the local crowd very happy with impressive dunks.  All teams will now rest for one week in observance of spring break and will resume play on March 29th.  Stay tuned.
