Astros - Tijuana 90-77

Astros looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. 24 personal fouls committed by Tijuana Zonkeys helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Americans were the main players on the court. It was a great evening for point guard Armani Chaney (178-1997, college: Tennessee St.) who led his team to a victory scoring 18 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Center Jerai Grant (203-1989, college: Clemson) helped adding 20 points and 6 rebounds (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field). Chaney is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Five Astros players scored in double figures. At the losing side guard Jaire Grayer (196-1996, college: TCU) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds and guard Teddy Allen (198-1998, college: NM State) scored 16 points and 6 rebounds. Tijuana Zonkeys' coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
