LNBPF 2023 - Alexis Jones comes back to Fuerza Regia, ex Ormanspor

Fuerza Regia Femenil (LNBPF) added to their roster 28-year old American guard Alexis Jones (175cm-69kg-1994, college: Baylor) for season 2023. It is actually her comeback to Monterrey as she has played here before. Jones just played at Ormanspor in Turkish KBSL. In four games she recorded 10.5ppg, 3.5rpg and 1.5apg last season. She also played for Katarzynki in Polish EBLK where in 20 KBSL games she averaged impressive 20.7ppg, 5.6rpg, 5.9apg and 1.5spg. A very spectacular season in her career as she was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Polish EBLK Honorable Mention.
In 2017 she was drafted by Minnesota Lynx (WNBA) in first round (12th overall).
Jones graduated from Baylor University and it will be her sixth season in pro basketball.
She is quite experienced player. Her career allowed her to visit three different continents, while she played in six different countries. Jones tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Latin America and of course North America. She has played previously professionally also in Israel (Ramat Hasharon, Elitzur Ramla and Elitzur Holon), Russia (Sparta&K Vidnoe Moscow Region), Spain (Al-Qazeres), Switzerland (Fribourg) and WNBA (LA Sparks and Atlanta Dream). Jones played also for Duke University for 2 years.
