Kavell Bigby-Williams fired a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Jordan Allen produced 26 points for lost side. Astros have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 6-0 record. Los Mochis lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with five games lost. Astros will meet at home Guaymas (#7) in the next round where they are favorite. Los Mochis will play against the league's second-placed Tijuana and hope to secure a win.
There were no shocking results in the other games in round 4: Culiacan lost to Guaymas on the opponent's court 102-104. Frayles were outscored by Tijuana in a home game 93-113. Los Mochis recorded a loss to Tijuana on the road 95-86.
