Here is the last round review presented by LBM Management.

Leader Adelitas delivered the fourteenth win on Friday night. This time they crushed 7th ranked Panteras (6-10) 96-71 in Aguascalientes. Adelitas dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Panteras' 34. Adelitas looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American-Cameroonian guard Jessica Thomas (168-1994, college: Miami, FL) fired a double-double by scoring 11 points, 5 rebounds and 12 assists for the winners. American Bernice Mosby (186-1984, college: Baylor, agency: Promo Sport ID) chipped in 12 points and 8 rebounds. American forward Samantha Fuehring (191-1997, college: Louisville) produced 13 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Adelitas (14-2) have an impressive six-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position. Panteras lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the eighth place with ten games lost.

American point guard Destiny Slocum (170-1997, college: Arkansas) replied with a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!), 8 rebounds and 10 assists for Panteras. Adelitas (14-2) have an impressive six-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position. Panteras lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the eighth place with ten games lost.
The game with biggest result difference took place in Leon. Local Abejas (2-14) were outscored by sixth ranked Santas (7-9) 82-53 on Saturday night. Hillary Martinez scored 12 points and 9 assists to lead the charge for the winners. Santas' coach Manuel Cintron felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side Zada Williams responded with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds. Santas have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Correcaminos and Rojas. Abejas lost twelfth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 14 games lost.

In the last two games of round 10 Santas defeated Abejas in Potosi 72-66. Halcones smashed Freseras at home 101-79.

There was no surprise in Leon where 9th ranked Abejas (2-14) were defeated by sixth ranked Santas (7-9) 72-66 on Friday. Santas forced 19 Abejas turnovers. Strangely Abejas outrebounded Santas 49-32 including 16 on the offensive glass. The game was dominated by American players. Guard Aniya Thomas (170-2000, college: Missouri St.) scored 34 points (!!!) and 7 steals (made all of her seven free throws) to lead the charge for the winners and center Zakyia Weathersby (188-1998, college: UAB) chipped in 11 points and 11 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side power forward Khari Clark (188, college: Stony Brook) responded with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 20 rebounds and forward Zada Williams (188-1996, college: Florida) produced a double-double by scoring 18 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). Santas have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Correcaminos and Rojas. Abejas lost twelfth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 14 games lost.

Halcones - Freseras 101-79

No shocking result in a game in Xalapa where third ranked Halcones (10-5) smashed 7th ranked Freseras (6-9) 101-79 on Friday. Halcones had a 33-22 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 34 assists comparing to just 17 passes made by Freseras' players. Croatian forward Andrijana Cvitkovic (190-1994, college: Dayton) scored 19 points and 9 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American-Hungarian guard Yvonne Turner (179-1987, college: Nebraska) chipped in 16 points, 8 assists and 5 steals during the contest. Five Halcones players scored in double figures. At the losing side American guard Iggy Allen (180-1998, college: ODU) responded with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds and her fellow American import power forward Sidney Cooks (193-1998, college: Seton Hall) scored 22 points. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
