Toros - Obregon 83-87

Halcones de Ciudad Obregon dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Toros' 28 and made 19-of-24 charity shots (79.2 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Toros 33-22 including 24 on the defensive glass. Toros were plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Josh Perkins (191-1995, college: Gonzaga, agency: Slash Sports) who led the winners and scored 21 points and 6 assists (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). His fellow American import forward Tony Farmer (201-1994, college: Lee JC) accounted for 23 points and 4 assists for the winning side. Four Halcones de Ciudad Obregon players scored in double figures. Astros looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists.
