Real Esteli - Indigenas 99-82

Real Esteli are the Liga Superior champions. They outgunned Indigenas to complete the sweep of the title series. Real Esteli forced 19 Indigenas turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. It was a great evening for the former international point guard Dalton Cacho (190-93) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds. Center Barthel Lopez (213-89) helped adding 21 points and 9 rebounds (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field). The best for the losing side was Cuban Lisvan Valdez (196-88) with 30 points and 8 rebounds and Nigerian center Jeleel Akindele (216-83, college: Chicago St., agency: BeoBasket) produced a double-double by scoring 16 points and 12 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

Team Jesus has won the All Star Game 2020 in Nicaragua. They edged Team Blake 112-92. Lisvan Valdez (196-PF-88) was named MVP of the show. He erupted with 27 points, 6 rebounds and 2 assists.
Dwight Real (C) meanwhile was named the MVP of the Rookie All Star Game. B.J. Glasford (193-G-95, college: Stetson, agency: Green Sports Management) was the top-scorer and Dalton Cacho (190-PG-93) won the three-pointer event.
