Here is the last round review presented by LBM Management.

An interesting game for Real Esteli (10-3) which played road game in Managua against 4th placed Leonas (0-13). First ranked Real Esteli had an easy win 91-71. Real Esteli forced 19 Leonas turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. It was a good game for who led her team to a victory with 17 points and 5 assists. Honduran guard Nelly Rapalo (173-1999) contributed with 16 points and 8 assists for the winners. Jennifer Espinoza answered with 13 points and 7 rebounds for Leonas. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Real Esteli have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain first place with 10-3 record. Leonas at the other side still closes the standings with 13 games lost. Real Esteli are looking forward to face league's second-placed Nicaragua Femenil in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Leonas will play again against the league's leader Real Esteli and hope to get finally their first victory.
An interesting game for Jaguares (7-5) which hosted in Managua 3rd placed Nicaragua Femenil (8-4). Second ranked Jaguares had an easy win 85-61. stepped up with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 18 rebounds for the winners and Mariah Miller chipped in 21 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. The best for the losing side was American center Anyia Pride (185-1998, college: Shawnee St., agency: Ladies 1st) with 12 points and 6 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Despite that victory Jaguares went down to third position due to points difference. Newly promoted Nicaragua Femenil dropped to the second place with four games lost. Jaguares will again play against league's second-placed Nicaragua Femenil in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Nicaragua Femenil will play against the league's leader Real Esteli and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
