An interesting game for Real Esteli (10-3) which played road game in Managua against 4th placed Leonas (0-13). First ranked Real Esteli had an easy win 91-71. Real Esteli forced 19 Leonas turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. It was a good game for who led her team to a victory with 17 points and 5 assists. Honduran guard Nelly Rapalo (173-1999) contributed with 16 points and 8 assists for the winners. Jennifer Espinoza answered with 13 points and 7 rebounds for Leonas. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Real Esteli have an impressive series of five victories in a row.
