Laura Garrido, 34-year old Colombian shooting guard from the Felinas de Chiriqui, was voted to the First Team of LPBF. With Garrido's excellent performance, the Felinas de Chiriqui achieved the best record of the season in the league, finishing with an impressive 9 to 1 in the regular season. Her best performance made her team reach the finals but they unfortunately were defeated by the Correcaminos 0 to 2. Garrido's playmaking prowess was on full display as she secured the third position in points per game averaging over 19. She also averaged over 6 rebounds per game in the league. Garrido has totalled 9 games of 20 or more points and registered double-doubles in 2 games on the year. Her 28 points against the Correcaminos were the most she scored in the 2024 season. Among many awards she won the Colombian Liga Superior Apertura championship title in 2022. She was selected to the Latinbasket All-Panamanian LPB First Team back in 2021.

Her masterful distribution skills earned her the fourth spot in rebounds per game with an impressive average of over 12. Rivas also notched almost 11 points per game that season in the league. She recorded double-doubles in 6 games at the event. Rivas' 20 points against the Artesanas were the most she scored in the 2024 season. She played in the final of the Panamanian LPB in 2021.
