Gary Forbes inks with Saigon Heat

Former Panamanian NBA Gary Forbes (201-SF-85, college: Virginia, agency: Green Sports Management) has signed with Saigon Heatn VIetnam, he will be the second panamanian player who played in this team, the first one was Jordan Henriquez a couple of years ago.

Gary played with Universitarios de Panama and won the LPB Panamanian Profesional league Championship after beating the three times champs Correcaminos de Colon in a tough game. He posted good numbers 10 games: 11.8ppg, 3.5rpg, 1.3apg, FGP: 47.4%, 3PT: 26.2%, FT: 48.1%.

He has played in Greece, Venezuela, Puerto RIco, Argentina, China, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Italy and in the NBA with the Denver Nuggets, Toronto Raptors and Houston Rockets, he also played with team Panama last year in the World Cup Qualifiers.
