Correcaminos - Toros 59-61

Toros nipped Correcaminos to advance into the championship game. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Guillermo Navarro (181-3) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 4 assists. Forward Gilberto de Gracia (194-0) contributed with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Roberto Armstrong (182-0) answered with 23 points and 6 rebounds and forward Jorhiel Zapata (196-2) added 10 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Correcaminos.

Caballos beat Univ.West in the semifinal clash. Jose Montenegro (191-98) fired a double-double by scoring 27 points, 20 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Amilcar Sanchez chipped in 20 points and 8 rebounds. Eduardo Yanis produced a double-double by scoring 10 points and 16 rebounds and Arturo Molina (182-3) added 18 points respectively for lost side. Four Univ.West players scored in double figures.
