John Hernandez (ex Fast Break) joins Toros

Toros del Chiriqui David (LPB) agreed terms with experienced 37-year old Colombian international center John Hernandez (207cm). The last time (20) he played at Fast Break in Colombian LPB league. He missed last season due to covid-19 restrictions and had longer break from professional basketball.
He also represented Colombia at the Central American and Caribbean Games in Barranquilla (Colombia) three years ago. His team won Silver and his stats at that event were 4 games: 3.0ppg, 3.8rpg, 1.0bpg.
Hernandez has played also professionally in Uruguay (Malvin), Colombia (Barrancabermeja Ciudad Futuro, Cucuta Norte, Sabios, Aguilas and Academia) and Peru (UCP Iquitos).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he won Colombian LPB championship title in 2019. He was also voted Latinbasket.com All-Colombian Liga DirecTV-1 Center of the Year back in 2016.
It's very possible he may end his playing career at Toros.
