Here is the last round review presented by LBM Management.

The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Panama City: Panteras (#2) and LA U (#3). LA U was defeated at home 75-84 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of LA U. Panteras looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. 25 personal fouls committed by LA U helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Ecuadorian power forward Lucia Garrido (-92) scored 22 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and naturalized American guard Ashley Reid (165-98, college: Wichita St.) chipped in 24 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was Venezuelan guard Crismar Rojas with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 10 rebounds, 6 assists and 5 steals. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Panteras maintains second position with 5-2 record having just two point less than leader Correcaminos. LA U at the other side keeps the third place with four games lost. They share the position with Amazonas. Panteras' supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Panama City Atletico.
LPB top team - Correcaminos (5-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed sixth ranked Atletico (1-5) in Panama City 80-44. Colombian power forward Tathiana Mosquera (197-89) notched a double-double by scoring 23 points and 19 rebounds to lead the effort and Mabel Martinez supported her with 18 points, 15 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals. Even 11 points and 5 rebounds by Monica Lammie did not help to save the game for Atletico. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Undefeated Correcaminos have an impressive five-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 5-0 record. Atletico lost fourth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with five games lost. Correcaminos will play against Aguilas (#5) in Panama City in the next round. Atletico's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Panama City to the arena Panteras.

In the last game of round 6 Amazonas won against Aguilas on the opponent's court 74-65.
