Universitarios - Centinelas 75-57 Halcones used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from 75-57 on Wednesday night. Halcones shot 28 for 43 from the free-throw line, while Centinelas only scored ten points from the stripe. Halcones forced 24 Centinelas turnovers. The best player for the winners was Arturo Molina (182-2003) who scored 15 points and 8 rebounds. Maikol Rodrguez chipped in 11 points and 5 rebounds. Five Halcones players scored in double figures. American Antonio Austin (196-1991, college: SDCC) produced 20 points and 6 rebounds and forward Fernando Gonzalez (182-2004) added 6 points and 7 rebounds respectively for the guests. Gil Atencio (202-1996, college: St.Clair) chipped in 23 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Grant Alejandro (199-1993) produced a double-double by scoring 27 points and 12 rebounds and guard Bryan Waithe (188-1994, college: Lindenwood) added 13 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for the guests.
