El Salvador rolled over Panama 93-49 at the Central American Championship. The hosts nailed 37 points in the opening period and dominated the whole game. Moreover, they limited the opponents to just 6 points in the third quarter and closed the game with a final 18-13 run.
Destiny Campbell (185-F-1996, college: ECU) top-scored for the winners with 25 points and 13 rebounds, whilst Hillary Martinez (172-SF-1997) and Emily Tevez (175-SG-1993, college: NDN) each scored 15. Ashley Reid (165-G-1998, college: Wichita St.) answered with 15 points for the guests.
