FIT/One Wuerzburg Baskets (BBL) have added 26-year-old Puerto Rican-Panamanian point guard Jhivvan Jackson (182cm-77kg-1998, college: UTSA) to their roster for the 2024-25 season. Jackson, who played for Osos de Manati in the Puerto Rican BSN league last season, averaged 12.0ppg, 2.7rpg, and 2.9apg in 36 games.
He represented Puerto Rico at the FIBA World Cup 2023 Americas Qualifiers last year. During this event, he scored an average of 15.5 ppg and had 2.5 rpg.
Jackson is a highly experienced player. Thanks to his pro career, he has played on three different continents (Europe, Latin America, and North America) in four different countries. He has previously played professionally in Belgium (Spirou Charleroi), Spain (Menorca), and Germany (Tigers). Jackson was also voted to Eurobasket.com All-German Bundesliga Honorable Mention in 2024.
His team reached the BNXT League Semifinals in 2023.
He graduated from the University of Texas San Antonio in 2021, and it will be his fourth season as a pro player.
