Torres is back at Panteras

Panteras de Parque Lefevre (LPBF) signed experienced 35-year old Venezuelan shooting guard Amanda Torres (170cm-1989). It is actually her comeback to Panama City as she has played here before. The last time (2022) she played at Leonas in Panamanian LPBF. She missed last two seasons and had longer break from professional basketball.
She also represented Venezuela at the FIBA Americas in Xalapa (Mexico) eleven years ago. During this event she scored an average of 2 points per game and had rebounds per game.
Torres has spent her entire career in Venezuela playing for two other teams: Yaracuyanas and Guaras.
Among many awards her team won Panamanian LPBF Regular Season in 2022. She was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Panamanian LPB Honorable Mention back in 2021.
