Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Asuncion: Colonias (#2) and Campo Alto (#5). Campo Alto was smashed at home by 17 points 74-91 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. Colonias forced 21 Campo Alto turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. 25 personal fouls committed by Campo Alto helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of international center Alen Juarez (201-2000) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 5 rebounds. Chilean point guard Diego Silva (186-1993) contributed with 17 points and 4 assists for the winners. Naturalized Brazilian forward Jeferson Arguello (198-2000) replied with 10 points and 5 rebounds for Campo Alto. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Colonias maintains second position with 4-1 record behind leader San Jose. Campo Alto at the other side keeps the fifth place with three games lost. They share the position with Felix Perez. Colonias are looking forward to face Amambay (#4) in the next round. Campo Alto's supporters also look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Asuncion to the arena Felix Perez.
Another interesting game was again a derby between two teams from Asuncion: San Jose (#1) and Olimpia K. (#3). San Jose (5-0) won against visiting Olimpia K. (3-2) 95-91. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Olimpia K.. Worth to mention a great performance of Robin Perry who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 6 rebounds and Jorge Martinez who added 18 points and 5 assists during the contest. At the losing side American power forward Quatarrius Wilson (203-1996, college: SEMO) responded with a double-double by scoring 29 points and 11 rebounds (made all of his nine free throws !!!). Undefeated San Jose have an impressive five-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 5-0 record. Olimpia K. at the other side keeps the third place with two games lost. They share the position with Amambay. San Jose will play against San Alfonso (#7) in the next round where they are favorite. Olimpia K. will play against Capiata (#8) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
Bottom-ranked Capiata is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their fifth consecutive match to sixth ranked Felix Perez (2-3) 99-72 on Thursday evening. The winners were led by Juan Luis Abeiro who had that evening a double-double by scoring 10 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. Felix Perez's coach Lucas Aballone felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 27 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists by Kevin Rojas did not help to save the game for Capiata. Felix Perez moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Campo Alto. Loser Capiata still closes the standings with five games lost. Felix Perez's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Asuncion Campo Alto.

In the last game of round 4 Amambay beat San Alfonso on the road 81-67.
