The most exciting game of round 11 in the LNB took place in Asuncion. This derby game ended with only three-point home defeat of 6th ranked Atletico C. Leonel Bettiga orchestrated the victory by scoring 2 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists. Federico Ferreira contributed with 14 points for the winners. Darwinn Rivera answered with 15 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists for Campo Alto. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Felix Perez maintains third place with 7-4 record having four points less than leader San Jose. Campo Alto at the other side keeps the sixth position with nine games lost. Another exciting game was again a derby between two local teams from Asuncion: Olimpia K. (#2) and Libertad A. (#4). Olimpia K. (9-2) won against visiting Libertad A. (6-5) 84-78. It was a great evening for Thomas Cooper who led his team to a victory scoring 21 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Diego Bareiro responded with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 16 rebounds. Olimpia K. have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain second place with 9-2 record having just two points less than leader San Jose. Loser Libertad A. keeps the fourth position with five games lost. They share it with Colonias G..
