There were only 2 rounds played so far and it's still very beginning of the Regular Season in LNB. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of San Alfonso in Asuncion on Thursday night. Visitors were rolled over by Campo Alto 102-79. Campo Alto dominated down low during the game scoring 80 of its points in the paint compared to San Alfonso's 40. They outrebounded San Alfonso 43-32 including 28 on the defensive glass. Jose Dos Santos orchestrated the victory by scoring 27 points and 5 rebounds. The former international center Guillermo Araujo (204-1982) contributed with 20 points for the winners. Alejandro Acosta replied with 20 points for San Alfonso. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Another interesting game was a derby match between two teams from Asuncion: Felix Perez and Colonias. Felix Perez won against visiting Colonias 81-76. Argentinian power forward Juan Luis Abeiro (200-1988) had a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Ricardo Sarubbi chipped in 12 points and 10 assists during the contest. Diego Silva responded with 20 points and 8 assists. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Robin Perry notched 20 points and 8 rebounds to lead the effort. Even 15 points by Michael Kamary did not help to save the game for Ciudad N.. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. San Jose's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Asuncion to the arena Colonias.

In the last game of round 2 Olimpia K. smashed Amambay on the road 88-47.

Amambay - Olimpia K. 47-88

No shocking result in a game when Olimpia K. crushed on the road Amambay 88-47 on Thursday. Olimpia K. held Amambay to an opponent 24.2 percent shooting from the field compared to 46.6 percent accuracy of the winners. Olimpia K. looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Amambay's players. American power forward Jeremiah Wood (201-1985) notched a double-double by scoring 13 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the effort and the other American import guard Tyree Ihenacho (193-2002, college: Washington, agency: Helping Ballers) supported him with 11 points and 12 rebounds.
