Porsha Harris is a newcomer at Leonas

Leonas de Ponce (BSNF) added to their roster 26-year old American forward Porsha Harris (188-90, college: Bethel, TN, agency: Gamble Sports Management). She played last summer in Team Spain in Eurobasket Summer League in Atlanta I, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas. In 3 ESL games she recorded: 5.3ppg, 6.3rpg and 1.7apg. The last season Harris played at Alanya Bld in TKBL where in 22 games she averaged remarkable 20.1ppg, 12.8rpg, 1.6apg, 1.9spg and 1.1bpg. Great season indeed as she was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Turkish TKBL 3rd Team. She played in the final of Eurobasket Summer League in Atlanta (1st session).
Harris has played previously professionally in Bulgaria (Haskovo 2012) and Turkey (Nevsehir Uni).
She attended Bethel College, TN until 2014 and it will be her third season as a professional player.
