Team Walter came out on top in the 2022 All Star Game held in Quebradillas. Tyquan Rolon (192-G-1995, college: LeMoyne) scored 21 points and issued 5 assists and was named the MVP. Tjader Fernandez celebrated victory in the Skills Challenge. Raymond Cintron Cortes (183-PG-1990, college: MTSU) then followed with the win in the Three-Point Shootout Contest, while Carlos Emory (196-F-1991) claimed Slam Dunk Contest trophy. The All Star Game was of course a spectacle. Team Benito grabbed a 85-71 halftime lead. But Team Walter managed to force overtime and then sealed the victory in the extra period. Phillip Wheeler (204-F-2002) finished with 18 points, while David Huertas (196-G/F-1987, college: Ole Miss) accounted for 14 points in the win. Javier Mojica (189-SG-1984, college: CCSU) answered with 24 points for Team Benito. Jose Rodriguez had 22 points in the loss.
