Roma SAzzurra sign Stephen Thompson Jr.

Stella Azzurra Roma (Serie B) landed 23-year old American (has also Puerto Rican passport) guard Stephen Thompson Jr. (193-97, college: Oregon State). He is the second foreign player in the roster as USA DJ Laster signed here earlier.
Thompson Jr. played most recently at Erie BayHawks (NBA G League) in the U.S. In only one NBA-G-League game he had just 2 points, 2 rebounds and 1 assist last season.
Last year Wisconsin Herd selected him as second overall pick in G-League draft.
The former Oregon State star
He graduated his college in 2019 andis in his second season in pro basketball.
