KK TFT Skopje welcomes back Bishop, ex Mayaguez

KK TFT Skopje (Prva Liga) landed 25-year old American 185cm shooting guard Jermaine Bishop (college: Norfolk State). It is actually his comeback to Skopje as he has played here before. Bishop played this summer at Indios de Mayaguez in Puerto Rican BSN league. He managed to play in three leagues in two countries last year (!!!). In 9 BSN games just recently he averaged only 2.8ppg. The last season he played at KK TFT Skopje in North Macedonian Prva Liga where in 14 games he had 11.1ppg, 2.6rpg, 3.9apg and 1.0spg. Bishop helped them to win the cup. It was a very successful season in his career as he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-North Macedonian League Honorable Mention. He also played 7 games in Balkan League where he recorded 11.0ppg, 2.7rpg and 3.7apg.
Bishop has played also professionally in Germany (Phoenix Hagen).
He graduated from Norfolk State in 2020 and it will be his third season in pro basketball.
