Moses Brown gets MVP of the Week award for Puerto Rican BSN (by Hoops Agents)

American Moses Brown (218-C-1999) had a great game in the last week for league's second-best Criollos de Caguas and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for week 19.
The 26-year old center had a double-double of 25 points and 16 rebounds, while his team beat Aguada (#3, 11-11) 101-88. Criollos maintains the 2nd position in their group in the Puerto Rican BSN. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Caguas will need more victories to improve their 15-8 record. In the team's last game Brown had a remarkable 84.6% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Criollos, being already a very valuable addition to the team. University of California at Los Angeles graduate has very impressive stats this year. Brown is in league's top in points (7th best: 19.0ppg), assists (4th best: 0.6apg) and averages solid 1.8bpg and 62.9% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last week's games was young American center Montrezl Harrell (203-C-1994) of league's best team Atleticos de San German. Harrell impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 19 points and 18 rebounds. Bad luck as Atleticos was edged by the lower-ranked Santurce (#5, 11-12) 95-92. San German managed to keep the same 1st spot in Group B. His team has currently 15-9 record. Harrell is one of the most experienced players at San German and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last week was American Kristian Doolittle (201-F-1997, agency: Pensack Sports) of Osos de Manati (#6). Doolittle showcased his all-around game by recording 25 points, 14 rebounds (!!!) and 5 assists in the last week. Despite Doolittle's great performance the Osos lost 95-98 to the higher-ranked Bayamon (#1, 16-9). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Manati not to end season at such low position in Group B, however are less than slim as they have already lost 16 games, recording just eight victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Doolittle could try to bring Manati's a little bit higher in the standings. Doolittle has a very solid season. In 9 games in Puerto Rico he scored 20.1ppg. He also has 9.1rpg and 3.9apg.

8. RJ Melendez (201-F-2002) of Arecibo - 30 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists
9. Jaysean Paige (188-SG-1994) of Guaynabo - 21 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists
10. Jae Crowder (198-SF-1990) of Bayamon - 25 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists
