Trice II's 43-point game gives him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

31-year old American point guard Travis Trice II (183-PG-1993) had an amazing evening in the last week for Criollos de Caguas and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for week 21.
He had the game-high 43 points adding four rebounds and eight assists for Caguas in his team's victory, helping them to beat Guaynabo (#5, 8-16) 121-114. Criollos maintains the 3rd position in their group in the Puerto Rican league. Caguas is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 12-11 record. In the team's last game Trice II had a remarkable 57.1% from 2-point range and got eight three-pointers out of 12 attempts. He just recently signed at Criollos, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Travis Trice II averages just after three games 31.3ppg and 10.0apg.

Second best performed player last week was Tyrell Harrison (214-C-1999) of league's second-best Indios de Mayaguez. He is New Zealand center in his first season at Mayaguez. In the last game Harrison recorded an impressive double-double of 29 points and 12 rebounds. Of course Indios cruised to a 106-96 relatively comfortable win over the lower-ranked San German (#5, 9-14). Mayaguez's second position in Group A has not changed. His team's 15-11 record is not bad at all. Harrison is one of the most experienced players at Mayaguez and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 18.5ppg (#5). He also registered 10.3 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to center Javale McGee (213-C-1988) of league's leader Vaqueros de Bayamon. McGee got into 30-points club by scoring exactly 30 points in the last week. He went also for ten rebounds . He was a key player of Vaqueros, leading his team to a 95-76 easy win against the lower-ranked Manati (#6, 4-19). Bayamon confirms their top position in Group B. Their record at this point is 20 victories and 7 lost games. McGee has a great season in Puerto Rico. After 19 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 18.2ppg (6th best) and rebounds with 8.7rpg (9th best). He also has 1.7bpg and a FGP of 58.8%.
