Bayamon - Santurce 95-71

It was a great shooting night for Vaqueros especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 57.1 percentage. Dominican swingman Chris Duarte (197-1997, college: Oregon) nailed 29 points and 8 rebounds (made all of his eight free throws) for the winning side and American center Javale McGee (213-1988, college: Nevada) accounted for 15 points and 12 rebounds. The former international Isaiah Pineiro (201-1995, college: San Diego) came up with 11 points and 6 rebounds and American forward Kenneth Faried (203-1989, college: Morehead St.) added 6 points and 9 rebounds respectively for Cangrejeros in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
