Lucenec signs Shaun Willett

Shaun Willett

BKM Lucenec (Tipos SBL) signed 29-year old American (has also St.Kitts-Kittitian passport) swingman Shaun Willett (193cm-95kg-1996, college: Queens, NC, agency: Inception Sports). He started the season at Lake Erie Jackals in Canadian BSL league. In two games he had very impressive stats: 20.0ppg, 5.0rpg, 4.5apg and 3.0spg. The last season summer he played at Madd Katts in U.S. semi-pro league The Basketball Tournament.
He is quite experienced player. Willett has played in eight different countries on three different continents (Europe, Australia and of course North America). He has played professionally in France (Hyeres-Toulon), Germany (MLP Academics Willettidelberg and Schwenningen), Luxembourg (Arantia), New Zealand (Airs), Portugal (Oliveirense), Spain (Ourense), NBA G League (Iowa Wolves) and The Basketball Tournament (War Tampa and War Ready).
Among many awards his team made it to the Portuguese League Semifinals in 2022. He was voted to Eurobasket.com Portuguese League All-Imports Team back in 2022.
Willett graduated from Queens University in 2019 and it is his seventh season as a professional player. He played also for Indian River State College for one year.
