Carlos Pepin joins Saint-Chamond

Saint Chamond Basket Valle du Gier (ProB) has agreed to terms with 25-year-old USA-Saint Lucian forward Carlos Pepin (201cm-102kg-2000, college: ESU) for the new 2025-26 season. He was the top rebounder at Aix-Maurienne. In 41 ProB games in France, he averaged 10.8ppg, 7.2rpg, 2.1apg, and 1.1spg. During the previous (2023-24) season, he played at HKK Siroki Brijeg (Division I) in the Bosnia and Herzegovina league, where he played 15 games and recorded 13.1ppg, 6.9rpg, 1.2apg, and 1.3spg, helping them reach the semifinals. He also briefly played for BC Beroe Stara Zagora (NBL) in the Bulgarian league.
He was voted the All-PSAC East Division Player of the Year in 2022.
Pepin graduated from ESU in 2023 and it'll be his third season as a pro player.
