Delfines, San Jose and Uberlandia have all secured semi-final berths in the South American Clubs' Championships.
The tournament's defending champions, Venezuelan team Delfines, had no trouble seeing off Peruvian side Regatas de Lima 108-83.
Regatas won the first quarter by one point, but there finished their resistance.
Victor Diaz (22 points) and Diego Guevara (19) starred as the Venezuelans took command of the match and cruised to victory.
The winners of Group A will be decided when Delfines take on the tournament's hosts, San Jose of Paraguay, who beat Chilean team Llanquihue 101-88.
Patricio Briones (21 points) and Wallace Lawrence (20) led the Chileans to a first-half advantage but San Jose recovered in the third quarter and put 38 points on the board on their way to victory.
Javier Martinez (28 points) and Americans William Curtis (21) and Michael Robinson (29) helped San Jose to their second win to secure their last-four spot.
In Group B, Uberlandia of Brazil were made to work hard to earn a 91-78 win over Venezuela's Guacharos, who had provided the opening day's surprise by beating Argentinian giants Boca Juniors.
The Venezuelans had the match balanced until the end of the third quarter, when Uberlandia gave themselves some breathing space thanks to two three-pointers from Walter Da Silva. In the last 10 minutes, the Brazilians' fast counter-attacks sealed the game.
Da Silva was the match's top-scorer with 22 points, while Tony Lee added 19 for Uberlandia. Miguel Marriaga led Guacharos with 21.
Finally, Boca enjoyed a comfortable 94-62 win over Colombian team Piratas to boost their qualification hopes.
Paolo Quinteros was the man of the match with 23 points and Fernando Malara added 21 for the Argentinians. Jhon Giraldo and Jairo Mendoza, both with 14, were the best among the losing side.
On Thursday night, in the last matchday of the group stage, Boca play Uberlandia and Guacharos face Piratas.
