Barquisimeto, Venezuela - In the third gameday of the 2006 South American Clubs Championship, Boca Juniors (Argentina) continued their undefeated path by defeating their fellow Gimnasia y Esgrima Comodoro Rivadavia (Argentina), 91-78, while Guerreros de Lara (Venezuela) got back into the title race by surprising Universo BRB (Brazil), 90-83. San Jose (Paraguay) got their first victory in the tournament, by controling Universidad Catolica (Chile), 75-71.
