Desi Rodriguez

Nanterre 92 (Betclic ELITE ProA) signed 27-year old Virgin Islander forward Desi Rodriguez (198cm-100kg-1996, college: Seton Hall) for upcoming 2023-24 season. Rodriguez is the second import player in the roster as USA Justin Bibbins signed here earlier.
He played last season at Limoges CSP Elite (Betclic ELITE ProA). In 28 games he had 12.9ppg, 5.6rpg and 1.6apg. 2022-23 was a great season as he was named to French ProA All-Star Game and Eurobasket.com All-French ProA Second Team. He also played 9 games in Basketball Champions League where he recorded very impressive stats: 15.2ppg, 5.9rpg and 1.6apg.
The previous (2021-22) season he played at s Oliver Baskets in German BBL. In 34 games he averaged 14.6ppg, 5.8rpg and 1.3apg in that year. 2021-22 was a great season as he was named to Eurobasket.com All-German Bundesliga Honorable Mention and League Player of the Week (2 times).
He has played also professionally in Israel (Hapoel Tel Aviv), Germany (EnBW Ludwigsburg) and NBA G League (Ontario Clippers).
His college team won Big East Tournament in 2016.
Rodriguez graduated from Seton Hall University in 2018 and it will be his sixth season as a professional player.
