Geoff Harner agreed terms with Greeners for 2025 United Cup

Geoff Harner

Austin Greeners inked experienced guard Geoff Harner for upcoming season. Harner played this summer at Cedar Park Claws. In four United Cup games just recently he recorded 5.3ppg, 3.0rpg and 1.5apg.

He is a very experienced player. Harner has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to eight different countries on three different continents (Europe, Latin America and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in Costa Rica (Costa Rica), Germany (SG Bergische Loewen and TLG Bulldogs Troisdorf), Kosovo, United Kingdom (OxFit Bulldogs GB Sheffield), UBL (San Marcos and Central Texas R.), UBA (Converse F., Austin K., Merritt Island B. and Capital City Jokers), The Basketball Tournament (Houston X.) and ABA (Austin Boom). Harner was also voted to Usbasket.com All-UBA Honorable Mention in 2023 and 2024.

He played in the final of United Cup Superior in 2022.

It may be one of last seasons in his extensive career, which he may end at Greeners.
Worth to mention he played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him to get the job in pro basketball.
