United Cup 2026: Full schedule, location and featured players

PUERTO PLATA, July 25, 2025 - Trinity United has confirmed the dates for the United Cup of Champions Superior 2026, with the showpiece event set to take place from January 5-10, 2026.

The approved dates of the competition have been decided by Puerto Plata's Central Board following consultation with the host nations and a recommendation by their Competitions Commission.

With this announcement also comes the launch of the updated United Cup 2026 official website, which will be continually updated in the lead up to this international event (www.theunitedcup.com).

The United Cup Superior 2026 will return to Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. Last season the GIE Cibao Immortals captured the crown. Kelvin Pena (193-SG-1980, college: Southeastern) was named MVP.

Continuing with the success of the Trinity United Competition System implemented in 2014, the qualification process for the United Cup 2026 will include six windows over a 15-month period across the four regions of Africa, Americas, Asia/Oceania and Europe.
