United Cup 2k26: Results and Stats from Round 2 of Regular Season

The Day Two in United Cup just started. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of American club Clermont Crocs on last night. Hosts were edged by 78-60. Worth to mention a solid performance of American guard Jason Benhardus who recording 17 points and 4 assists. But it wasn't enough to hold off the Mellizos. Jose Overa posted a game high 21 points!!

Another interesting game for American Georgia Panthers which played the 1-0 Sosua Sharks of Puerto Plata. Panthers continued their dominance with a 97-73 win. American guard Clarence Tillman (196-SF-1990, college: N.Georgia) stepped up with by scoring 21 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists! Angel Rivas (198-F-1993) dominated the 2nd half with 18 points and 10 rebounds. James Sinclair sparked the Panthers in the first half with some sharp shooting. he finished the game with 21 points on (5-11 3PTFG) shooting. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Panthers are now tied at 2-0 with Correcaminos in United Cup play.

The best game came between the US Titans and the Correcaminos. The Dominican squad closed the Titans out 62-59. Alexander Garcia was the top players with 18 points in the win! Mani Maynard and Brandon McElvy had 13 points apiece in the loss. Captain Brandon Hill posted 5 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists.
