San Sebastian (LDC) strengthened their roster with the addition of 29-year-old Dominican Rep. 182cm guard Nargenis Ulloa for the 2026 season. It is his comeback to San Sebastian as he has played here before. He played last summer at San Salvador BC in the Salvadorean Liga MB. In 18 Apertura games he averaged an impressive 21.5 points per game.

He has played previously for four other Dominican Republic teams: CPN Pueblo Nuevo, Club San Jose, Immortals, and Moca Superior. His team won the El Salvador Liga Mayor Apertura Regular Season in 2025. Ulloa was voted to the Latinbasket.com El Salvador Liga Mayor Torneo Apertura All-Imports Team in 2025.
