Trouville defeated Aguada 87-73 to win the Uruguayan League 3-0 in the best-of.five final playoff. Marcel Bouzout (206-C-71), with 21 points and 10 rebounds, Joaquin Izuibejeres (184-G-82) with 21 points, including 4 three-point shots, and Dwayne McCray (198-F-68, college: Arkansas St.) with 17 points and eight rebouns, were the main players for Trouville winning the championship, after 60 years from the only one.
