Cordon and Nacional Fray Bentos won the right to play the Uruguayan League (LUB) 2008. Cordon beat Circulo Salto 85-80, on the road, to take a 2-0 lead in the best-of three-final serie. The first game, player in Montevideo was won by Cordon 102-84. Federico Haller (198-F-88) scored 35 points for Cordon. Nacional defeat 70-60 Anastasia, from the same city of Fray Bentos, to win the final serie 2-1. During the regular season also Bohemios and Tabare won promotions to the Uruguayan League 2008, to be played by 15 teams.
