Semiglia comes back to Nacional

Nacional De Futbol Montevideo (LUB) strengthened their roster with the addition of experienced 34-year-old 186cm shooting guard Gaston Semiglia for the upcoming season. It is actually his comeback to Montevideo as he has played here before. He is not a newcomer in the Uruguayan League where he played most recently at Hebraica (LUB). In 29 games, he recorded 9.3ppg, 2.1rpg, and 2.5apg last season. The previous (2024-25) season, he played at another Uruguayan team Nacional De Futbol Montevideo.
He is a very experienced player. Semiglia has played also in Argentina (Rocamora), Mexico (Lobos), Venezuela (Toros) and Uruguay (Larre Borges Montevideo, Union Atletica Montevideo, Bohemios, Larranaga and Marne).
He was voted to Latinbasket.com Uruguayan Metropolitan League All-Domestic Players Team in 2017.
