Michael Henry (ex Lanus) agreed terms with Trouville

Club Trouville Montevideo (Liga de Ascenso) strengthened their roster with the addition of 31-year-old American 198cm swingman Michael Henry (college: Buffalo State). He was the top scorer at Lanus in the Argentinian La Liga last season, where in 44 La Liga Argentina games, he recorded very impressive stats: 15.5ppg, 5.8rpg, and 1.5apg. He helped them win the Liga title. It was a great season for him as he was awarded Latinbasket.com All-Argentinian Liga Argentina Import Player of the Year, Latinbasket.com All-Argentinian Liga Argentina Defensive Player of the Year, and Latinbasket.com All-Argentinian Liga Argentina Player of the Year.
Henry is a very experienced player. Thanks to his pro career he managed to play on three different continents (Europe, Latin America and of course North America) in eight different countries. He has played professionally in Argentina (La Union, Centro Espanol de Plottier and Club Atletico Villa San Martin), France (Lorient), Mexico (Halcones Rojos and Frayles de Guasave), Venezuela (Frontinos), Dominican Republic (Reales), TBL (Syracuse S.), Ecuador (Jorge Guzman CD) and The Basketball Tournament (Henryrkimer Originals).
He graduated from Buffalo State in 2018, and this will be his ninth season in pro basketball.
