Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

Round 6 most important game was a defeat of league's leader Cordon (3-2). They were defeated by sixth ranked 25 de Agosto (3-3) 79-75 on Friday night. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Cordon. American forward Dennis McKinney (193-1998, college: Mt.Mercy, agency: GoEmpire Group) scored 32 points and 6 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Juan Garbarino (185-1989) chipped in 14 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was Argentinian forward Fabian Ramirez (200-1990) with 29 points and 9 rebounds. 25 de Agosto moved-up to fourth place. Cordon at the other side dropped to the second position with two games lost. They share it with 3 other teams. They were replaced at the leadership position by Sayago. Cordon will play next round against Capitol trying to make it back to the top of the standings. It will be a derby game for which supporters look forward to, where their team will face at home their local rival from Montevideo - Capitol. 25 de Agosto will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game.
Very significant was Colon's (#3) 92-84 road victory against second-best Tabare. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Tabare. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Point guard Felipe Garcia (173-1999) notched 22 points and 4 assists to lead the effort and Gianfranco Espindola supported him with 20 points and 5 rebounds. Even a double-double of 15 points and 21 rebounds by American center Ricardo Glenn (203-1990, college: USC Upstate, agency: Interperformances) did not help to save the game for Tabare. Colon have a solid three-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Sayago and O.Mundial. Tabare at the other side keeps the second place with two games lost. They share the position with 3 other teams. Colon will play against U.Atletica (#6) in Montevideo in the next round where they are favorite. Tabare will play on the road against Larranaga (#7) in Montevideo and hopes to get back on the winning track.
Another interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Montevideo: Larranaga (#7) and Capitol (#5). Capitol was defeated at home 75-86 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. The best player for the winners was Theo Metzger who had a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 rebounds. Larranaga's coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was Akia Pruitt who recorded 26 points, 6 rebounds and 4 blocks. Larranaga maintains seventh position with 1-4 record, which they share with Verdirrojo and San Telmo RS. Loser Capitol keeps the fifth place with three games lost. They share the position with U.Atletica. Larranaga will meet at home higher ranked Tabare (#3) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Capitol's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Montevideo to the arena Cordon.

There were no shocking results in the other games in round 6: Sayago won against Lagomar on the opponent's court 80-64. O.Mundial managed to outperform San Telmo RS in a home game 87-85. Bottom-ranked Verdirrojo recorded a loss to Stockolmo on the road 81-71.
