Melisa Techera gets MVP of the Week award for Uruguayan Liga Femenina (by Hoops Agents)

Melisa Techera (180-C-1999) had a great game in the last round for Atletico Aguada and that's her to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4.
The 24-year old center had the game-high 4 points adding fourteen rebounds and four assists for Aguada in her team's victory, helping them to outclass, the league's bottom-ranked team Hebraica (#11, 0-4) with 93-point margin 107-14. She was a key player of Yale, leading her team to a 94-63 easy win against the lower-ranked Lagomar (#7, 1-2). Yale needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 3 victories and 1 lost game. Sienra has a very solid season. In 4 games in Uruguay she scored 12.0ppg.
