Tabare's fans can celebrate the first win of their team after two consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat Hebraica (0-4) 49-27 on Sunday. The winners were led by Matilde Talamas who scored that evening 12 points and 5 rebounds. Even 2 points and 16 rebounds by Agostina Nogueira did not help to save the game for Hebraica. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
