Metropolitan top team - Olimpia (13-2) had no problems winning another game on Friday. This time they crushed thirteenth ranked L.Borges (5-10) in Montevideo 94-69. Olimpia shot the lights out from three sinking 15 long-distance shots on high 55.6 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. It was a great evening for DNicolas Delgado (198-1987) who led his team to a victory scoring 17 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line). American guard Stan Scott (193-1998, college: MSSU) helped adding 14 points and 10 rebounds. Olimpia's coach Nicolas Altalef felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was point guard Federico Ambrosoni (183-1999) with 15 points and 4 assists. Olimpia have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain first place with 13-2 record. L.Borges at the other side keep the thirteenth position with ten games lost. They share it with Bohemios.

It was an exceptional evening for point guard Santiago Wohlwend (172-1997) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 10 rebounds and 9 assists. Ivan Loriente accounted for 21 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. U.Atletica's coach Diego Rivas allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Forward Agustin Da Costa (191-1998) came up with 26 points and 5 rebounds (went 9 for 9 at the free throw line !!!) for Bohemios in the defeat. U.Atletica maintains second place with 11-4 record having just two points less than leader Olimpia. Bohemios lost their fifth game in a row. They dropped to the thirteenth position with ten games lost. They share it with L.Borges.
Another exciting game was again a derby between two local teams from Montevideo: Goes (#8) and O.Mundial (#15). Goes (8-7) won against visiting O.Mundial (3-12) 90-80. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of O.Mundial. The best player for the winners was Sebastian Sosa who had a double-double by scoring 13 points, 5 rebounds, 11 assists and 5 steals. At the other side the best for losing team was Facundo Medina who recorded 16 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Goes moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Tabare. Loser O.Mundial stay at the bottom position with 12 games lost.
There were no shocking results in the rest of the games of round 15: Tabare won against Capitol on the opponent's court 86-72. Larranaga managed to outperform Sayago in a home game 88-82. Colon recorded a loss to Montevideo on the road 100-95.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 23 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists by Valentin Duvanced of Colon.
