Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The biggest surprise of round 3 in LUB took place in Montevideo where host Bigua (11-13) beat Hebraica (11-14) 82-77 on Wednesday evening. The best player for the winners was Armenian-American guard Andre Spight (191-1995, college: N.Colorado) who scored 24 points (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). Spanish-Colombian power forward Juan Tello-Palacios (206-1985) chipped in 11 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Agustin Da Costa (191-1998) who recorded 19 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Hebraica will play next round against Trouville trying to make it back to the top of the standings. It will be a derby game for which supporters look forward to, where their team will face at home their local rival from Montevideo - Trouville. Bigua will try to continue on its current victory against Urunday. It will be extra interesting game as Urunday is their local rival from Montevideo.
Nacional (21-3) recorded a loss in Montevideo. Visitors were defeated by Aguada (19-5) 99-81. It was a good game for American center Franklin Hassell (205-1988, college: ODU) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 16 rebounds and 4 blocks. Donald Sims contributed with 28 points and 5 assists for the winners. American-Dominican center James Feldeine (193-1988, college: Quinnipiac) answered with 21 points for Nacional. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.

It was a great evening for Brandon Beavers who led his team to a victory scoring 26 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. The best for the losing side was Erik Thomas with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 11 rebounds and 4 blocks. Urunday's coach Hector Da Pra rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Welcome will meet at home Urupan (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Urunday's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Montevideo Bigua.

In the last two games of round 3 Cordon defeated Malvin in Montevideo 82-75. Penarol beat Defensor at home 80-74.
The best stats of 3rd round was 24 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists by Facundo Terra of Defensor.
