Penarol outrebounded Aguada 42-24 including a 15-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Penarol shot the lights out from three sinking 13 long-distance shots on high 52.0 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American guard Skyler Hogan (196-1997, college: SEMO) stepped up and scored 33 points (!!!), 7 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and forward Emiliano Serres (204-1997) chipped in 16 points and 10 rebounds. At the losing side guard Santiago Vidal (180-1989) responded with 19 points and 9 assists (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and American Donald Sims (190-1987, college: App State, agency: Pensack Sports) scored 20 points. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
