Miculka number one in Uruguay Liga Femenina for round 6 (by Hoops Agents)

Argentinian Forward Carla Miculka (174-F-1993) had an amazing evening in the last round for Malvin Montevideo, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 6.
The 31-year old player had a double-double of 23 points and 13 rebounds, while her team outclassed Urunday (#7, 2-3) with 37-point margin 92-55. Malvin is placed at 3rd position in Uruguayan Liga Femenina. They are still close to the very top. Malvin would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 4-1 record. In the team's last game Miculka had a remarkable 66.7% from 2-point range. She just recently signed at Malvin, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Carla Miculka has solid league stats. She is in league's top in points (9th best: 16.4ppg), rebounds (2nd best: 11.2rpg) and averages impressive 2.6bpg and 58.1% FGP.

Third on the list of top players last round was Argentinian center Ornela Bacchini (188-C-1989, agency: BIG) of Atletico Aguada (#6). Bacchini scored 22 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. Despite Bacchini's great performance the Aguada lost 66-83 to the higher-ranked D.Sporting (#2, 5-1). But her team cannot count on just a single player as she also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Aguada needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 3 victories and 3 lost games. Bacchini has a very solid season. In 2 games in Uruguay she scored 16.5ppg.
